It is my underetandlnq that the council ie readv to Proceed to the vote on the draft resolution before it. At this wint I should like to make a minor correction to the firat oreambular oaraqranh of tho Enclish text, whit..1 is the oriqinal text, and to the French text. The words “of 13 March 1990” should come immediatelv after the words l Secretarv-GeneralY in the first line. Unless I hear any objection, 1 shall out the draft resolution in its corrected form to the vote now. There beinq no objection, it is so decided. A vote eras t&en bv show of hens.
