Secretary-General addressed to the President of the Security Council; and
S/24852, letter dated 25 November 1992 from the President of the Security
Council addressed to the Secretary-General.
It is my understanding that the Council is ready to proceed to vote
the draft resolution before it in document S/24940. Unless I hear a y
