In accordance with paragraphs 2 and 21 Vice-President of the General Assembly elected according to the following pattern: (a) Five representatives from African (b) Five representatives from Asian (c) One representative from an Eastern (a) Three representatives from Latin Two representatives from Western (e) (f) Representatives of tie five permanent In accordance with paragraph 16 of annex election of the Vice-Presidents of the Assembly with when the number of candidates corresponds filled.
