The Assembly has concluded its consideration of aqcnda item 88. I now invite the Assembly to turn its attention to the report (A/46/739) of the Second Conunittoo on agenda item 89, entitled “fmplementatlon of the conznitments and policies agreed uk>n in the Declaration on International Economic Cooperation, in particular the Revitaliration of Economic Growth and Development of the Developin Countriel”. The Asasmbly will take decisions on the two draft resolutions recomnended by the Second Conznittee in paragraph 17 of that report. Draft resolution I is entitled “Implementation of the commitments and policies agreed upon in the Declaration on International Economic Cooperation, in particular the Revitalization of Economic Growth and Development of the Developing Countries”. This draft resolution wae adopted in the Second Committee without a vote. May I take it that the Assembly wishes to do the same? t rm I was a- (resolution 461144). m (interpretation from Arabic): Draft resolution II, entitled “Regional economic integration among developing countries”, was alao adopted by the Second Conznittee without a vote. The Assembly will now consider the report (A/46/740) of the Second Committee on agenda item 90, entitled “Industrial development cooperation and the diversification and modarnization of productive activities in developing countries” . The General Assembly will take a decision on the draft resolution recomnended by the Secood Comlttee io psragrsph IO of that report. The draft resolution was adopted by the Second Comittee without a vote.
