May I ask the' representative of .the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics when he thinks he will be able to communicate to the Council the document, to which he referred at the end of his statement, containing the propOsals, additions and amendments which he intends to submit? Mr. GROMYKO (Union of So~riet Socialist Republics)": Mr. President, I shall be able to submit it at any time during. the next meeting of the Security Council. .

Do members wish to speak before they have heard the Polish representative's observations and seen the document which the delegate of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics has stated he will shortly submit? . 1£ not, I think it would be advisable to hold our next meeting, which we shall devote to a discussion of the Atomic Energy Conimission's report, on Tuesday. We shall probably have to devote one meeting at the beginning of next week to the question brought before the Council by the representative of the United Kingdom, in connexion with the incidents which occurred in the Corfu Channel. The arrival of the Albanian representative appears to be imminent. M. ZULETA ANGEL (Colombie): N'est-il pas encore ici? Mr. ZULETA ANGEL (Colombia) (translated from French): Is he not here yet? Mr. LIE (Secretary-General): No, he is still in Paris.

According to information received by the Secretary-General, he was to leave Paris today by air, but his arrival depends, it appears,' on atmosp~eric conditions. The date of the meeting on this question will thus depend on his arrival.
