In accordance with the decision taken at the hundred and fifth meeting of the Security Council/ Mr. George Ignatieff, representative of Canada, took his seat at the Council table.

We agreed at the last meeting on this question 2 to invite members of the Council who had not yet formulated their objections or their comments to put them forward.
