I had asked the representative· of the USSR to speak primarily on the adjournment of the meeting. If there are no remarks, we will adjourn the discussion to a meeting to be held next week, the date of which will be announced later. Official communique The following communique was issued by the Security Council after the 'meeting: . The Security Council held a private meeting today at 3 p.m. to discuss the question of the appointment of the governor of the :Free Terri- tory· of Trieste.
