Mr. LANGE (Poland): My answer to the President's question is in the affirmative. 1 should like to point out that both on 29 April, when the Sub-Committee was appointed, and today in my earlier declaration, 1 reserv'ed the right ta request the Ceuncil to vote on my original resolution. 1 did so because my delegation considered that it was important, in the event we were unable to reach unanimity, that the record should show which delegations supported my original resolution. 1 should like to add that the resolution which 1 now put before the Counci1 difIers in respect of one sentence from the original text.
