I call on the representative of the United Kingdom to speak in explanation of position on the resolution just adopted.
Mr. Wilson
My delegation did not stand in the way of the adoption of this resolution without a vote. However, this Organization does have established guidelines with regard to the holding of international years and anniversaries and we should keep to them.
