Reports of the Fifth Committee

The General Assembly will now consider the reports of the Fifth Committee on agenda items 121, 122, 123, 125, 130 together with 131 and 132, 131, 132 and 158.
I request the Rapporteur of the Fifth Committee, Mr. Santiago Wins of Uruguay, to introduce the reports of the Fifth Committee in one intervention.

If there is no proposal under rule 66 of the rules of procedure, I shall take it that the General Assembly decides not to discuss the reports of the Fifth Committee which are before the Assembly today.
