On behalf of the General Assembly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Her Excellency Ms. Sylvie Lucas, Permanent Representative of Luxembourg, for undertaking the task of coordinating consultations and negotiations on the resolutions adopted under agenda item 70. I call on the representative of Colombia on a point of order.
