Draft resolution A/67/L.12 is entitled “Cooperation between the United Nations and the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization”. I give the floor to the representative of the Secretariat.

I should like to announce that, since the submission of the draft resolution and in addition to those delegations listed in the document, the following countries have become sponsors of draft resolution A.67/L.12: Armenia, France, Israel, Montenegro, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Spain.
