The delegation of the Sudan would like to remind the General Assembly that the Sudan is not a State party to the Rome Statute, which established the International Criminal Court. We do not recognize the Court, and therefore do not recognize its decisions. That also applies to other countries that are not signatories to the Rome Statute.
