I refer my statement to resolution 68/127. The Iranian theocracy has presented
a resolution that is riddled with hypocrisy. By putting it forward, Iran seeks to ride the wave towards international legitimacy, but Iran’s aspirations cannot be allowed to drown out the cries of its people who are victims of a regime that pretends to be progressive, but in truth is tragically regressive.
