I have been informed by the Secretariat that the list of speakers is built in accordance with resolution 65/276 and the note by the Secretary-General contained in document A/65/856. The General Assembly takes note of the statement by the representative of Singapore.
The Assembly has thus concluded this stage of its consideration of agenda item 69 and its sub-items (a) to (c).
