While my delegation joined in the consensus on resolution 71/15, we would like to express our concern about the fact that one of the resolution’s main sponsors, Azerbaijan, has regularly misused the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development in order to present its distorted interpretation of the process for resolving the conflict in Nagorno Karabakh.
