I call on the representative of the United States of America, who wishes to speak in explanation of position on the resolution just adopted.
The United States joins consensus on resolution 73/337 in recognizing the need to strengthen malaria surveillance and data quality and urges the global anti-malaria community to use data to make evidence-based decisions. Given the influx of data and advancements in the development of new malaria control products, the United States Government stands ready to work with the World Health Organization…
