I now give the floor to the representative of the United States of America, who wishes to speak in explanation of position on the resolution just adopted.
Mr. Mack
The United States would like to deliver an explanation of position with regard to resolution 74/305. The United States wishes to note that it does not concur with the references to the World Health Organization in the twelfth, sixteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth, thirty-seventh and thirty-eighth preambular paragraphs and paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 6, 12, 23, 24, 27, 28, 34, 40, 41, 44, 47 and 50.
