Before giving the floor to delegations in explanation of position, I would like to remind delegations that explanations are limited to 10 minutes and should be made by delegations from their seats.

Mr. Chumakov
We would like to note that we did not undermine the consensus. However, our delegation would like to dissociate itself from the consensus, given that the European Union and its structures — unfortunately — are politicizing environmental and climate cooperation.
