Draft resolution IV is entitled "International co-operation in the field of the environment". The report of the Fifth Committee on the administrative and financial implications of that draft resolution is contained in document A/35/704. The Second Committee adopted draft resolution IV without a vote, and I take it that the General Assembly wishes to do the same.
