Draft resolution II was adopted by the Second Committee without a vote.

Draft resolution III is entitled “Special session for the purpose of an overall review and appraisal of the implementation of Agenda 21”.
The report of the Fifth Committee on the programme budget implications of this draft resolution is contained in document A/50/831.
