I should now like to express sincere thanks to Ambassador Hans Dahlgren of Sweden and Ambassador John de Saram of Sri Lanka, the two Vice-Chairmen of the Open-ended Working Group, who have undertaken the challenging task of conducting the discussions and complex negotiations of the Working Group.
