The Assembly will now take a decision on the draft decision recommended by the Fifth Committee in paragraph 4 of its report. The title of the draft decision is as follows: “Death and disability benefits”.
The Fifth Committee adopted the draft decision without a vote. May I consider that the Assembly wishes to do the same?
