There being no other explanations of vote after the vote, I should like to say that my intention is to proceed with the consideration of the draft resolutions in the way they were presented: that is, the draft resolution on Southern Rhodesia first, then that on the policies of apartheid of the Government of South Africa second, and the draft resolution on the Territories under Portuguese administ…

If I suggested the order I did, it was for the simple reason that we do not have at hand the revised document on the Territories under Portuguese administration.
