The Security Council, Recalling the Statement of its President, S/PRST/2006/15, and its resolutions 1696 (2006), 1737 (2006), 1747 (2007), 1803 (2008), 1835 (2008), 1929 (2010), and 2231 (2015), Recognizing that full implementation of the provisions of paragraph 5 and subparagraphs (b) and (e) of paragraph 6 of Annex B of resolution 2231 (2015) is essential to the maintenance of international peace and security, 1. Decides, acting under Article 41 of the Charter of the United Nations, that paragraph 5 and subparagraphs (b) and (e) of paragraph 6 of Annex B of resolution 2231 (2015), notwithstanding the duration specified in each paragraph or subparagraph, shall continue to apply until the Security Council decides otherwise; 2. Decides to remain seized of the matter.
