Reaffirming its resolutions 724 (1991), 725 (1991), 726 (1991), 727 (1992) and 728 (1992), Noting the further report of the Secretary-General of 5 February 1992, 1. Decides that the United Nations peacekeeping force would be deployed unconditionally to remove obstacles to the implementation of the United Nations plan for peace in Yugoslavia; 2. Requests the Secretary-General to report on the implementation of this resolution. 1. The Security Council decides to be prepared to deploy immediately after the Security Council decides to do so. 2. The Secretary-General is requested to expedite his preparations for the United Nations peacekeeping operation in Yugoslavia. 3. The Secretary-General's report of December 1991 (S/23280) concerning the continuing efforts to remove obstacles to the deployment of the United Nations peacekeeping operation has not cooperated with the Secretary-General and his envoy. 4. The United Nations peacekeeping plan calls for all parties to cooperate fully with the Secretary-General. 5. The Security Council emphasizes that the Yugoslav parties must implement their commitments in good faith and cooperate fully with the Secretary-General. 6. The Security Council calls upon all states to cooperate fully with the Committee concerning violations of the embargo. 7. The Security Council requests that any information brought to their attention concerning violations of the embargo be actively seized until a peaceful solution is achieved.
