7. Again calls uPon Albania, Bulgaria and Yugo- slavia to co-operate with Greece in the settle- rnent of their dispute by peaceful rneans in accordance with the recommendations contained in resolution 109 (II); 6. Calls upon Albania, Bulgana and Yugoslavia to co-operatc with thc Spccial Committce in enabling it to carry out its functions, in particular the function of being available to assist the Governments concerned' in accordance with paragraph 1 O (e) of the present resolution, and upon Greecc to continue to co-opcr;i_fe toward the sarne end; 9. Recommends to ali Members of the United Nations and to all other States that their Govern- ments refrain from any action designecl to assist directly or through any other Government any armed group fighting against the Greek Govern- rnent; 1 O. R6&0lves that, in view of its assoc1at10n with three world religions, the Jerusalem area, ineluding the present munieipality of Jerusalem ,'w the surrounding villages and towns, the most eastern of which shall he Ahu Dis; the most southern, Bethlehem; the most western, Ein Karim (including also the huilt-up area of Motsa); and the most northern, Shu'fat, should he accorded special and separate treatment from the rest of Palestine and should he placed under effective United Nations control; Requests the Security Council to take further steps to ensure the demilitarization of Jerusalem at the earliest possible date ; lnstructs the Conciliation Commission to pre- sent to the fourth regular session of the General Assemhly detailed proposals for a permanent international regime for the Jerusalem area which will provide for the maximum local auto- nomy for distinctive groups consistent with tbe special international status of the Jerusalem area; The Conciliation Commission is authorized to appoint ll United Nations representative, who shall co-operate with the local authorities with respect to the interim administration of the Jerusalem area ; 9. Question de l'indépendance de la Corée L' Assemblée générale, Contridérant sa résolution 112 (II) du 14 no- vembre 1947 relative a la question de l'indépen- dance de la Corée, Ayant examiné le rapport 1 de la Commission temporaire des Nations Unies pour la Corée (ci- apres dénommée "Commission temporaire "), et le rapport 2 de la Commission intérimaire de l'As- semhlée générale relatif a la consultation deman- dée par la Commission temporaire, Consciente du fait q u' en raison des difficultés mentionnées dans le rapport de la Commission temporaire, les objectifs énoncés dans la résolu- tion du 14 novemhre 1947 n'ont pas encore été completement atteints, et, notamment, du fait que l'unification de la Corée n'a pas encore été ré:ilisée, 1. Approuve les conclusions des rapports de la Commission temporaire; 2.
