Calls upon the Government of Belgium to accept its responsibilities as a Member of the United Nations and to comply fully and promptly with the witl of the Security Council and of the General Assembly; 2. Decides that all Belgian and other foreign military and paramilitary personnel and political advisers not under the United Nations Command, and mercenaries, shall be completely withdrawn and evacuated; 3.
