Before we take up the reports of the Second Committee, I should like to inform members that agenda item 12 and sub-item 80 (d) will be taken up as the last items this morning in order to allow for further consultations. I invite members to turn their attention to part IV of the report of the Second Committee on sub-item 80 (c) [A/39/790/Add.3]. The Assembly will now take a decision on the draft resolutions and draft decisions recommended by the Second Committee for adop- tion. Paragraph 41 contains six draft resolutions. Draft resolution I is entitled "Specific action related to the particular needs and problems of land-locked developing countries". May I take it that the General Assembly wishes to adopt it? Draft resolution 1 was adopted (resolution 39/209). 2. The PRESIDENT: Draft resolution 11 is entitled "Economic measures as a means of political and economic coercion against developing countries".
