Enlargement of the Executive Committee of the Programme of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees The General Assembly, Taking note of Economic and Social Council decision 2023/313 of 5 April 2023 concerning the enlargement of the Executive Committee of the Programme of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Taking note also of the request regarding the enlargement of the Executive Committee contained in the note verbale dated 28 December 2022 from the Permanent Mission of Guatemala to the United Nations addressed to the Secretary-General,1 1. Decides to increase the number of members of the Executive Committee of the Programme of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees from 108 States to 109 States; 2.
