I take the floor to explain my country’s vote in favour of resolution 77/76. Costa Rica thanks Japan for its efforts in leading the negotiations on the draft, and we recognize that the resolution contains many of the elements that were negotiated at the Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on Non-proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. For Costa Rica, nuclear disarmament is an urgent matter …
